This month we will discuss coaching trends for 2023, and the key coaching issues we need to pay attention to grow our skills and businesses. We will also clarify our two proposed goals for the year: hosting an ICFLA MCC Conference for coaches of all levels, and writing a book that shares our coaching wisdom and experience with the coaching community.
