Emotional Intelligence SIG: Use Stakeholder Mapping to Help Clients Enhance Self-Awareness
Guest Speaker: Dr. Heather Backstrom, PCC
Host: Desiree Briel Rodi, ACC
CCEs: 1.5 Core Competencies
Date: Tuesday, February 27, 2024
Time: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM Pacific Time
In this interactive SIG, we’ll explore a tool coaches can use to help their clients gain greater insight into their self-awareness. By creating a Stakeholder Map clients can more clearly understand their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations they experience with the people around them. Clients also gain insight into how these experiences impact their relationships and interactions with others.
This Special Interest Group focuses on business development, how to find clients, what to charge, what to say, how to raise your confidence, and ways to grow your business. Bring your questions to this interactive 60 minutes, as your questions and participation fuel this group.
This SIG is only for members who have achieved their MCC credential.
During this interactive session, Damian will identify differences between individual and group supervision and explore the dynamics of group supervision, illustrating its effectiveness in fostering collaboration, professional development, and personal insight.
