This time in our history presents a great opportunity for Coaches to be at the forefront of bold, and sustainable Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI&B) culture change. In this session, participants will learn how tangible DEI&B transformation within companies requires a focus on 'real culture change'. That sustainable DEI&B change is not a tick the box exercise and it will not happen with a just training or communication event, or a policy change, but can happen with a focused, structured, and consistent journey to change mindsets and behaviors.

The case studies discussed will allow coaches to brainstorm and strategize what language and actions will support their ability to establish & maintain the coaching agreement and well cultivate trust & safety during challenging group & team client scenarios.
