In this webinar, we will discuss the difference between law, ethics, and morals and how ethical maturity applies to our coaching practice. Based mainly on the book by Michael Carroll and Elisabeth Shaw "Ethical Maturity in the Helping Professions," as well as years of experience as a coach/coaching supervisor and 4 years of investigating potential ethical breaches for ICF Global, the presenter will share thoughts and provoke learning about how each coach has evolved their ethics/moral standards.

Supervision is a non-judgmental partnership in which the coach brings his/her work to a supervisor to explore challenges, ethical dilemmas, emotional responses, and how the personal may intrude into the professional. The supervisor does not evaluate or judge but holds a reflective space for learning and connection for the group.
