In this workshop, we will discuss conflict, the emotions that arise, and how to support our clients in both navigating conflict with emotional intelligence and seeing the opportunity to strengthen relationships through conflict. We will explore how to help clients notice the seeds of conflict, own their part, see the stories behind the conflict and even to use the conflict to create new choices, boundaries, and better relationships.
This SIG is only for members who have achieved their MCC credential.
The Master Certified Coach (MCC) is the highest level of coach certification offered by the ICF. As of 2020, there were only 1,258 MCC-accredited coaches in the world. This group is for MCCs to meet and learn from each other. We will discuss challenges, coaching trends, and how to advocate for the development of the coaching professional practice worldwide.
In this session, Dr. Damian Goldvarg will explain the ICF Team Coaching Competencies framework and the differences between individual, group, and team coaching. He also will explain the requirements to obtain the ICF Team Coaching Credential.
