The pandemic offers coaches and clients a time of great reflection, guiding us to "unpack" our experiences, gain insights and discover opportunities for growth. At each reflection point, the human brain will naturally default to our built-in negativity bias. And yet, research shows how the brain responds to gratitude, ultimately offering the greatest possibility to enter the post-pandemic era creative, resourceful, and whole. This program shares the science of gratitude, the related neuroscience and considers coaching success factors for our overall well-being, our clients and their organizations.
