Following an enlightening and powerful session on “Coaching Blind Spots” with Alison Whitmire, we will continue to build and refine our access to emotions in order to illuminate our biases, assumptions, and lenses – all a part of self-awareness and what we bring to our coaching sessions that may either hinder our work or be of service to our clients. This interactive, guided and reflective workshop will take us through coaching scenarios, role play opportunities, and exercises to help us personally look at how our views can either stall our coaching when used without awareness, or can make our coaching more powerful when used with purpose.
