In this interactive workshop, Master Coach, Gretchen Hydo, will teach the art of enrollment beginning with prepping yourself, to being fully present with your client. She will answer questions from the floor, and demo what a successful enrollment call sounds like. She will break down the process into manageable steps and will focus on helping coaches slow down to speed up. Many coaches try to connect, sell and close all in one 30-minute session. Hydo will help participants create a roadmap that breaks the process down, connect, invite, serve, propose, serve in a slowed down and relaxed way.

Speaker: Kim O’Hara
CCEs: 1.5 Resource Development
Date: Wednesday, May 10, 2023
Time: 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM Pacific Time
This month’s SIG is an interactive workshop on writing. I will present some of my top tips on how to become a better writer, as well as the biggest pet peeves. You will have the inside scoop on why some books you read just don’t sit with you right, and others you remember for decades to come. Becoming an author is fundamentally about writing well, and few people spend the time necessary to practice a craft. You can’t just fly a plane for the first time without lessons. You could but you would probably crash! Same with books… while less perilous, the act of publishing a book written by an amateur with no writing training is the same set up for a crash and burn.

Supervision is a non-judgmental partnership in which the coach brings his/her work to a supervisor to explore challenges, ethical dilemmas, emotional responses, and how the personal may intrude into the professional.
