I’m Lea Appleton and I am a Certified Coach (PCC) who helps people create a better day at work. And sometimes a better day in all the other areas of their lives, too!

In addition to being a Certified Coach, I am also a musician, educator, and avid outdoor adventurer. I hold MA and MDiv degrees and leverage my previous leadership experience across multiple sectors to bring my knowledge and skills into my work as a coach. I have just completed my training to become a board-certified Health and Wellness Coach later this year. My clients include CEO’s, directors, and managers in top-tier Fortune 500 companies, regional firms, and local organizations as well as individual contributors, small business owners, entrepreneurs, clergy, educators, and other not-for-profit/community-benefit leaders.
