I have a tool I use to explore emotions, thoughts, and sensations, and from any of these places, you can begin to explore and get curious about what emotions might be connected to the thoughts or sensations in the body.

It can also be helpful to call out the emotions coming up for you or to highlight emotions you hear in their stories without attachment to being right. This can allow them to get curious and gain some clarity
